Right of Withdrawal

These instructions apply to purchases you make in the browser edition at quizyou.fun/app. For purchases in the App Store or on Google Play, please turn to Apple or Google respectively, as they are your contractual partner for those purchases.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form set out below, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Once the reimbursement has been made, your access to the purchased category ends.

With digital content supplied immediately, the right of withdrawal can expire early under § 356 Abs. 6 BGB (German Civil Code). We do not invoke this. Your right of withdrawal remains in place for the full fourteen days, even if you have already played the category you bought. We claim no compensation for the use made in the meantime.

If you wish to withdraw from the contract, please complete this form and return it. Using it is voluntary – an informal email will do just as well.

Write to us at support@gurusense.de and give the email address you bought with, along with the category. You will find the receipt in the confirmation email you received after the purchase. We refund by the same route you used to pay.
